To me, an accessory COMPLETES an outfit. This can be anything from a jewellery to scarf to bags! The dress I’m wearing to an Xmas party tomorrow is a one shoulder with sequins on that shoulder, it’s really nice. I’m wearing my hair up and will have a black clutch.
